Pure O OCD Test
A self-assessment for primarily obsessional OCD (Pure O) — intrusive thoughts without visible compulsions.
This screening tool is not a diagnostic instrument. Results should be discussed with a qualified mental health professional.
About the Pure O OCD Test
This self-assessment focuses on intrusive thoughts and mental compulsions, including rumination, checking for certainty, mental review, reassurance seeking, and attempts to neutralize unwanted thoughts. These experiences can be distressing even when compulsions are not visible to others.
For a longer guide, read the Pure O OCD test article. For a broader screen, use the OCI-4 test.
