OCD Screening Test (OCI-4)
A brief screening tool to help identify potential OCD symptoms. Based on the Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory (OCI-4), a clinically validated 4-item scale.
This screening tool is not a diagnostic instrument. Results should be discussed with a qualified mental health professional.
About the OCI-4 OCD Screening Test
The OCI-4 is a short screening tool designed to help you reflect on common OCD symptom patterns, including intrusive thoughts, checking, ordering, and washing. It is useful as a first step when you want a quick private signal before exploring a more detailed self-assessment.
For deeper severity tracking, use the Y-BOCS Self-Report. If your symptoms are mainly intrusive thoughts, try the Pure O OCD Test.
