This policy covers subscriptions to ocd.app Premium bought on this website (ocd.app/plans). Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund rules, see Manage your subscription.
Who you are buying from
Web subscriptions are sold and billed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Your card statement will show “PADDLE.NET* OCDAPP”.
Free trial
Every new web subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. When the trial ends, the plan you chose (monthly or annual) is charged automatically.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email, from the Paddle customer portal, or by emailing support@ggtude.com. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
- First charge: if ocd.app is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it, no questions asked.
- Renewals: if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge and we will refund that charge, provided the app was not used substantially during the new period.
- Technical problems: if a fault on our side prevented you from using the app, we will refund the affected period whatever the timing.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle and may be delayed or declined where we see signs of abuse, such as repeated sign-ups to claim multiple refunds.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including the 14-day cancellation right for consumers in the EU and UK.
How to request a refund
Email support@ggtude.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Include the email on the receipt and, if you have it, the order number. We reply within two business days.
